Direct To Film (DTF) transfers is a printing process that has the ability to create long lasting apparel artwork without splitting or cracking, which can occur when using traditional silkscreen prints. We use a unique printing technology that prints your designs in full color onto a special film with eco-friendly water based ink. We then apply a powdered glue to the back, which is heat cured and ready for instant heat pressing onto your garments or can be stored for later use.

* All transfer sizes are an estimate.
* Colors of the transfers may vary and are not all identical.
* Every heat press is different, we recommend doing test trials first.

Upload your designs in the following requirements
* 300 dpi resolution
* Minimum line weight 2pt
* Upload file exactly at dimensions they will be printed. We do not resize artwork.
* Transparent background
* High quality files. Avoid pixelated artwork. Bad input will result in a bad output.
* Accepted files: PNG
* Translucent artwork will not be printed by default.
* Upload in readable way / Not mirrored files
All files are printed as it is. We do not inspect files.

HOW TO ORDER DTF TRANSFER
- Verify artwork sizing, placement and quality (We print "as is submitted")
- Email us your gang sheet 
- Choose the same size and quantity of sheets that you just designed and complete your purchase
- Once your purchase is complete, your sheet designs will automatically be sent to our production queue to be printed

HOW TO APPLY DTF TRANSFER
Heat settings : 325 F to 330 F, heavy pressure.
1st Press: Apply the transfer to the garment and press for 15-20 seconds.
Let cool down and peel when cool to the touch.
2nd press: Cover the printing with teflon/parchment sheet and press again at 5 -8 seconds.
The recommended pressure is 65-70 psi.

PRODUCTION TIME
Custom DTF Print production time varies based on order volume and can range from 3-7 business days.

We do offer "Rush Production and Shipping" upgrades at checkout. Adding "Rush Production" to your order at checkout will move your order to the front of the line for production. Rush orders typically ship out same or next business day.

To keep our production time fast, we DO NOT send proofs before printing. Your artwork should be submitted "Print Ready".

ARTWORK INFORMATION
300 dpi with transparent background

PNG, SVG (with background removed)

Lines in artwork files should be a minimum weight of 2 pts. so there is enough ink placed for the adhesion powder to be applied.

CMYK color format is strongly recommended as we do not supply color matching or Pantone colors.

No changes to artwork are provided. We print "as is" submitted.

If artwork changes are needed please contact us to discuss additional artwork fees.

Gang sheet:
I understand that all artwork is set up on a gang sheet (png file) ready to be printed as is
